Continued use after we notify users about changes means their consent to the updates

Age Eligibility

The Coin Savage is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. To use Coin Savage, user agree that user are the 16 years old or older. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 16.

User Account Security

Member accounts are password protected. Users agree to:

(1) build a sufficiently complex password

(2) Maintain control of password;

(3) not transfer access of their account to another individual

Users are responsible for anything that happens on their account unless user close it or report a 3rd party using their profile.


Users consent to us providing user messages through our websites, email, and other contact information user provide. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.

When users share information on Coin Savage, other people can see, copy and use that information. Coin Savage is not responsible for misuse of their information by a 3rd party that users share on the Coin Savage platform. We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

License Rights on Coin Savage

Users retain ownership of the content and personal information they provide to us, but users also grant us a non-exclusive license to it.

Coin Savage and our affiliates are allowed the following non-exclusive license:

right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that users provide to Coin Savage, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to user or others. These rights are limited in the following ways:

  1. Users can end this license for specific content by deleting the content or by closing their account. Exceptions include information shared with others that they reshare or retain and for the reasonable time it takes to remove from backup and other systems.
  2. We do not use user content in third party ads to others without user separate consent. We do have ads in the proximity of their content and information and their engagement may be visible and included with ads.
  3.  When users share public post, other users may embed that public post onto third-party service that can be found through search engines.
  4. Editing and format changes to user content may happen as required for the Coin Savage platform, but we will not modify the intent or meaning of user content. We retain the right to remove content we deem offensive or inappropriate.

If content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy. User and Coin Savage agree that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data that users provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and their choices.

Users are encouraged to provide suggestions or feedback. Use of suggestions or feedback to improve the platform does not entitle that user to any compensation.

Users will not submit information that users do not have right to share. This includes violation of the law, personal rights, or intellectual property. We will use the information and data users provide and that we have about Members to make recommendations for content and ads that may be useful to user.

Intellectual Property Rights

Coin Savage reserves all of its IP rights on the website and in all communications. Using the website does not give users any ownership of the website content. Trademarks and logos used on the website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3rd Party Content, Links, and Ads

Use of others’ content, links, and ads posted on Coin Savage is at their own risk. 3rd party products and services are offered through our platform, and we aren’t responsible their accuracy, legality, quality, or truthfulness. Coin Savage does not review all content provided by our Members or others.

Users are responsible for deciding to access or use third-party apps or sites that link from Coin Savage. Coin Savage is not responsible for these other sites and apps – use these at their own risk.

Coin Savage reserves the right to terminate an account if Coin Savage believes that the user may be in breach of this Contract or any law pertaining to use on the Coin Savage website.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

Service Availability

Coin Savage is not to be used for data storage. We may change, suspend or end any service, or delete any content. We have no obligation to store, maintain or provide any content or information previously posted on the platform except as required by applicable laws.

No Warranty

To the extent allowed under law, Coin Savage disclaims all implied warranties of accuracy of data, fitness for a purpose, and noninfringement.  We do not guarantee that the website will function without interruption or errors, and provides access to the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so some or all of these disclaimers may not apply to certain users.

Exclusion of Liability 

These are the limits of legal liability we may have to users. To the extent permitted under law Coin Savage, its affiliates, and partners that provide Coin Savages servics  shall not be liable to users or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, profits or revenues, related to use of the Coin Savage platform or services . In no event shall the liability of Coin Savage and its affiliates (and those that Coin Savage works with to provide the services) exceed $1000.

This limitation of liability is part of the contract between users and Coin Savage and shall apply to all claims of liability (e.g. Warranty, tort, negligence, contract, law) and even if Coin Savage or its affiliates has been made aware of the potential or possibility of damages, and even if these remedies fail their essential purpose.

Some laws do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so these limits may not apply to user.


Both the user and Coin Savage may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, users lose the right to access or use their account. We retain the right to use and disclose their feedback. Other users have the rights to re-share their content or information a user previously shared on the Coin Savage website.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, Coin Savage and user agree to resolve it in arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor using our Website. Coin Savage Corporation LLC will be the controller of their personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with, our Website; users are entering into a contract with Coin Savage LLC. To create an account users need to provide data including their name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. Users may add information on their profile, including social media addresses, written content, videos, and podcast.  We collect personal data from user when they post or upload a profile to our Website, respond to a survey, or comment on a post, etc. Users don’t have to post or upload any personal data to their profile.

Service Use

We log visits and use of our Services, including mobile apps. We log usage data when user visit or otherwise use our Services, including our sites, and email communications, such as when user view or click on content (e.g., learning video) or ads perform a search, or share articles. Our website helps crypto investing experts build their brands and helps crypto investors find experts they trust. Our leaderboard uses information provided by experts to build a trailing twelve-month performance metric. Users are able to discontinue participation at any time and their data will be removed within one week. We use user data to authorize access to our Services.

Data users include on their profile, content posted or social action (e.g. likes, comments, shares) will be seen by others. User profile may be fully visible to all members and visitors of our website. We let users know when other users like or respond to their content or messages.


We will contact users through email, mobile phone, notices posted on our websites or apps, messages to their Coin Savage inbox, and other ways through our Services, including text messages and push notifications. We will send user messages about the availability of our Services, security, or other service-related issues. We also send messages about how to use the Services, network updates, reminders and promotional messages from us and our partners. Please be aware that user cannot opt-out of receiving certain service messages from us  including security and legal notices.


We serve user tailored ads both on and off our Services.  We target (and measure the performance of) ads to Members, Visitors and others both on and off our website directly or through partners, using the following data, whether separately or combined:

  1. Member-provided information
  2. Data from advertising technologies data (ad tags, cookies, pixels, etc) on and off our website, like web beacons, pixels, ad tags, cookies, and device identifiers;
  3. Data from user interaction on our website (searches, content selected to read, videos watched, clicking ads etc)
  4. Info from advertising partners and publishers

Any sponsored content will be labeled as such. Interaction (i.e. clicking) of this content will be provided to the sponsor of the content.

Marketing Behavior

We use data and content about Members for communications promoting network growth, the growth of the Coin Savage platform. Polls and surveys are conducted by Coin Savage. users are not obligated to respond to polls or surveys.

Aggregate Insights

We use data to generate aggregate insights. We use user data to produce anonymized statistical insights that do not identify individual users. We use user data to investigate potential fraud or violations of our User Agreement or privacy policy or attempts to harm other users.

Account Closure

We keep some of their data even after users close their account. If users close their profile accounts, their personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services within 96 hours. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below. We retain personal data even after users have closed their account to comply with legal and business process requirements.  We will retain de-personalized information after their account has been closed.

Information users have shared with others through comments will remain visible after user closed their account or deleted the information from their own profile, and we do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services.

Others’ Services

Users may link their account with others’ services allowing 3rd party services to look at user profiles, post user shares on such platforms, or engage with others on these 3rd party platforms. For example, a user may link their Twitter account to their profile and share content between Coin Savage and Twitter.

External Service Providers

Coin Savage may utilize external parties to improve our platform (marketing, audit, fraud, legal services, and development). They will have access to user information as reasonably necessary to perform their assigned jobs.

Legal Disclosures of User Data

It is possible that we will need to disclose information about users when required by law subpoena or we have a good faith belief that this action is justifiable to  (1) investigate,  or prevent illegal activities or assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements outlined in privacy policy or terms of agreement, (3) defend ourselves against any 3rd  party legal efforts, (4) protect our own business security (5) protect the rights and safety of Coin Savage, our users, affiliates, or employees. We will make good faith efforts to notify users about legal demands for their personal data when we believe it is appropriate unless prohibited by law, court order, or time sensitive emergency.

Change in Control or Sale

We may share user data when our business is sold to others, but it must continue to be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We can also share personal data as part of a sale, merger or change in control, or in preparation for any of these events.
